Almost too light

They are very sharp and when they become dull they are easy to sharpen. The only downside is that they are so light that they can be dangerous to handle if you're not careful. The handle isn't much wider than the blade, so you could easily hold it upside down without paying attention. I personally love them; but you certainly don't want someone who isn't careful with them.

Pros
