If I could put ZERO stars, I would! DO NOT BUY! Description is wrong. My husband and I collect things all the time. In our 25+ years of marriage we have bought many office chairs. This chair was NOT a 20 minute project, it took about an hour and a half! The armrests are not high at all! They don't even clean my thigh. My others always came up to my waist when I was sitting. I measured my old chair. They rise 9 inches above the chair. This chair rises just 6 inches above the chair! I wanted the ship label to send it back. They only offered $40 for a $200 chair they lied about! Also the seat is wide but the arms are not wide enough to sit in! HOOT, TOO MUCH WRONG WITH IT! THEY SAID I WANT TO GO BACK THROUGH MY PREFERENCES BECAUSE THEY LIED!
