I ordered this dress in Navy/4XL for my company's holiday party (that I was co-hosting) and it worked PERFECTLY! It can be worn dressy or semi-formal, depending on how you accessorize. The fabric is soft and flowing, not too clingy (and I have a large tummy, so this worked out nicely) polyester/spandex and was not see-through. The Navy color is a very deep, true Navy (not faded-looking). From pictures I thought I may need to pin the front so as not to show off any cleavage, but it stayed in place very well! I am 5'2 and given that I have a lot of tummy and otherwise to fill out the dress, I was able to wear flats and the dress just barely skimmed the floor. The sleeves were beautiful. I don't mind showing my arms, but I wanted a more conservative look and this did that and showed just enough shoulder/arm to keep it interesting! The images appear to have a belt, but my dress did not come with one. It didn't matter either way for me, so I still gave five (5) stars. The waistband was stretchy and very comfortable. I actually talked a co-worker into buying a Koh-Koh dress for the same party (different style) and she loved hers, too!
