I am 5ft 9in, I ordered 2xl. The jacket is quite tight, not very loose and a bit short. Upper It is soft but not as soft as I expected. It's definitely warm. The inside is on the top of the collar, making it fun to wear in cold weather. I would order a size up if you want a looser fit. .
