It's my fault I always read reviews and never write. Ye! The quality of this knife is so amazing for the price that I had to make an effort. I really can't believe this knife was so cheap for what you get. No fancy packaging or fancy branding. but the quality was evident as soon as I got my hands on it. I can say that it is perfectly balanced, the damascus steel is beautiful, the handle looks amazing. but what you want to know is how it performs? That thing is a scalpel. without a doubt the sharpest knife I have ever had the privilege of using. Almost too hard if that's possible! Out of the box, you can slice soft tomatoes horizontally without holding them! Absolute shaving precision! I highly recommend this knife, my JA Henckels go in my desk drawer! I will buy more of these as gifts!
