Very nice but needs to be rated for 23 "-42 "
Love the mount but be careful , if you have a 46" TV. The instructions say it doesn't fit many TVs over 42", I think it should have been mentioned in the description. My TV is 40 inches and it worked great. The device is very solid, just make sure you hit the center of the lugs and you'll be fine. The vertical tilt is very comfortable and easy to adjust. I have two Peerless mounts and am very happy with both.
