superior chopping board
This is a strong and durable chopping board. At 3/4 inch thick, it won't bounce or bounce when cutting food. It's also light enough to be easily carried to the sink for washing and drying on a dish rack (unlike thick and heavy "gourmet" cutting boards). The hardness of the bamboo prevents the odor from lingering when chopping aromatic foods such as garlic and onions. A good buy at this price.
- JUICE CHANNEL AND INNER HANDLE DESIGN: The surrounding integrated juice groove is positioned close to the edge to maximize the cutting area while perfectly catching excess liquid without spilling onto the countertop while the grooves are not too narrow for cleaning. The interior handles are located on the back without taking up space for cutting, and the branding area does not take up much space, nor does the hanging hole.
