Super cute dress. - my new rating
Beautiful dress that we will use for Halloween. It's a bit flimsy because it's made of tulle, but overall I think it's good quality. A little wrinkled from the packaging but it vaporizes well. My daughter loves the dress and can't wait to wear it next week.
