This seller has contacted me 3 times to make sure I am happy. Judging by the tone (and purpose) of her emails, I can tell she genuinely INTERESTS. Nice to see. And it's not as if some sellers just use their "follow-up" emails to get a customer to leave a review. So I will definitely do business with this company again. This computer went to my secondary mt. a bike that I ship coast to coast for some of the cycling events on the island that I attend. Assembles it fairly quickly since most of these computers install the same thing. I don't recall using any of the included instructions other than the size chart to enter my tire size. Installing bike computers is similar to setting up a smartphone. Once you've done this a few times, you don't need "how-to". Or maybe it's just a "man thing"? I have a radar nearby that detects the sign (speed) so I could test my computer and check the mph. Was on site using the calibration table from the instructions. Everything else works great. Good size screen. Not too big and not too small and has an easy to read display. The color of the block is white, which I think might be too noticeable. But it looks great on any of my bikes (various colors). I will not go into various other technical details about this device as I have not driven it long enough to appreciate its accuracy. But for the price I paid this device works great. I've had a lot of bike computers. Too many to count but that's good because I have a lot of bikes. Both wired and wireless bike computers from different brands. It's rare to pay more than $30 as it's not really necessary unless you're a weekend warrior who enjoys tons of data or are very serious about what happens during your training. I've been in both of those groups, but I'd rather spend my money on other things than a $150.00-$300.00 cycle computer. Most bike computers are installed the same way, and you only need to fit the appropriate tire. size to read accurately. Adjusting the distance from the sensor to the receiver is where most people might have trouble (getting their computer to work). I had to fiddle with most computers to get them to read data. But once it's installed, you're done (unless it crashes into something). Patience and experimentation are essential. Of all the bike computers I've bought, I've probably only had to return two of them. So when I read negative reviews about bike computers, I get the feeling that some of these people didn't have the patience to set up their bike computer. It's not difficult, but sometimes requires some adjustments. Buy this computer because I think you will be very happy with it.
