I bought two pairs of these. My wife's hands are 19-19.5 cm and she has the medium one. I have 22 cm and I have a large. Both suit us very well. The quality looks very good and I am very satisfied with the gel pad. We're both elite athletes (I've also been training Ironman triathletes for 30 years), so we're not just driving around on the road. We use gloves for heavy mountain biking and the gel is very good at dampening vibrations. I've searched a lot on the internet and these have been the cheapest, highest quality, gel lined gloves I could find. Very happy with them.
