This product was absolute junk. Everything looked fine but as soon as we plugged it in it got very loud and started smoking as my partner tried to cut my son's hair! After that we immediately separated him from a very grumpy boy because he had a small part of his hair and we couldn't safely continue. This product could set my son's hair on fire and I'm furious.
