I was surprised when I received the helmet and found that it was exactly what was advertised on the website. It was attractive. The visor worked. All right, I thought. It was like that until I put it on my head and tried to secure it around my neck. The strap was like a bad car seat belt, it kept twisting in my hand when I tried to insert it into the clip from the opposite side. The clip itself was small and out of place when trying to insert a long plastic tie into the end of the strap. The two pieces just didn't seem to want to meet to hold on to your helmet. This constant problem is difficult to get used to. It spoils the overall impression of the helmet.
