If I could put 0, I would. This product is an absolute rip off! I received a double pack in mid-October 2020. I had to replace the first one in December and that was only 2 months use. We hardly print 500 pages in 3 months, let alone 1200 sheets in 2 months! We have no more than 3 reams of paper at any one time, which lasts 4-6 months, and I have 1 1/2 reams of paper left. So I know that we cannot and cannot print 1200 sheets in 2 months. In December, the drum also had to be replaced. This has been an ongoing problem with this product even when I had a previous Brother printer. Spending $40+ and only getting 500 pages printed when advertised for $1200 is false advertising, to say the least.
