Great knife! I'm glad I bought this!
This knife is POWERFUL! I SEE NO COOKING THAT IS NOT HIGHLY AFFECTED (IN A POSITIVE WAY) BY THE INCREDIBLE SKILLS OF THIS KNIFE. THIS IS DEFINITELY WORTH SEEING. The thickness of the steel is very noticeable when you hold the knife in your hand. The handle is also heavy and you know you are holding a very handy cooking tool. He cut peppers, onions, mushrooms and raw chicken like he was cutting warm butter all the time. So glad I bought this! It will get a lot of good! Highly recommended!
