Review on LensCoat LegCoat Gitzo 1325/1327/GT3530LSV/GT3541XLS Tripod Leg Covers Protection (Realtree AP Snow) by Charles Galan

I bought these bags primarily to make carrying the Gitzo 1325 tripod more convenient in cold weather. Unfortunately, leg covers have done little to help in this regard. The material used for the outside of the covers was some type of vinyl material that got as cold as the exposed legs of my tripod. There were also no instructions on how to put the covers on, I put them on upside down the first time. I also never understood the purpose of the little elastic loops at the ends of the cases. Finally, the sticky material used to attach the covers to the legs and hold the covers in place wasn't properly attached to one of the tripod legs, so the cover didn't stay in place but instead settled on the Tripod moving up and down. foot and rotates when grasping. The only good thing about the cases was that they were heavily padded so carrying the tripod on the shoulder was more comfortable. But still this is not a product I would recommend, there must be better tripod leg bags than this.
