Doesn't stop spraying but does take away some odor

I have two settled cats. Until recently there were no problems with spraying. I have a feeling it might be due to the territorial issues of my evil dog terrorizing my cats. I changed their pens, trays and groceries. Both appear healthy AND use a litter box. I resorted to this spray and covered every corner, wall, floor where it happens and still spray multiple times a day.
