Review on 🚜 Farmhouse Collection Position & Lock Baby Gate: Pressure-Mounted Safety Solution by Tessa Dolan

Difficulty using and missing parts

For the record, the cat is mine so I ordered 3 gates so we can open the door by stacking them on top of each other. So the first gate I ordered worked great, it came with fasteners to secure it, little plastic clips that you attach with foam double sided tape and they hold the gate in place. The next week I ordered the next one and 2 days later the next one - neither of which came with the gear. Not just THIS, the next 2 gates didn't want to close properly either, didn't go flush with the doorpost. I thought the door frame might be uneven, but the first gate when I moved it up the door in the same position was fine. So the 2/3 gate had no hardware and was difficult to get into the correct locking position where a 6lb cat couldn't tip over - if used on a child it would be very, very bad. And finally, baby gates have changed since I had a baby 15 years ago, because pulling the gate is a pain, but especially in the door itself, for some reason it's easier to move if you hold it sideways. so it's just an annoyance. Secondly, the attachment part is difficult to put on the wooden part, which is another annoyance. So we leave the gate open except for once so we can get mail and use the back door, too much hassle to remove and put back the gate. Although this was the cheapest and nicest gate I could find and are out of stock for some reason due to the virus I'm glad I bought it and we will, if you have another option I would give it to you Tor not recommend. Like I said, the first batch was great. I need 2 or 3 more for the tailgate and I'm afraid to order more, I don't know what I'll get
