I have ordered some Safavieh rugs and have had great results. Next to. It's so cheap that the seller used terrible packaging (just rolled up, wrapped tightly in polythene - so much so that we had to pull it out with a sharp knife - and offered no protection so the carpet was crushed and wrinkled constantly) damaged , probably irreparable. The pattern is a bit washed out and there are glue or dirt spots in several places on the mat. I spent 30 minutes heating my back hoping to loosen the carpet. We rolled it up again and unrolled it overnight. Then I spent a lot of time gently smoothing out the creases with my hands, but to no avail. UPDATE: A second rug arrived today, slightly larger and with a different pattern and much better. See the third picture below. It still came crumpled, with creases, but the larger the rug, the better the quality and the easier it is to smooth out the creases. This second pattern is really beautiful and is much clearer, more detailed and more consistent with the design shown by Safaviya than the smaller 3ft x 5ft rug. I think it's best to avoid the smallest Lyndhurst collection. Look at the drawing. Pictures.
