Mounting options are very limited. The lock attachment side is well designed, the lock fits well and does not move. The problem starts when you try to install this on your bike (isn't that the purpose of this gadget?). They're limited to the passenger footpegs, and even then they can get in the way of your foot, especially if you're riding on the balls of your feet. The main problem is that this requires two close rods and no other mounting position is allowed, for example along the length of the tube. This is very sad, the installation requires research and adjustments. Good idea, very bad execution.
