I have very sensitive ears and they like to cover me unless I'm holding something in them. I was looking for earrings that I can sleep in that don't make my ears itch and my neck doesn't itch at night and they have been in my ears since I ordered them (a few weeks ago) and they are comfortable. They don't itch and are small enough not to get caught. As a nose ring it would be very cute, but I like them as very small everyday earrings. I had a bit of trouble getting into my ears, but I think it's my ears and not the earrings themselves. (I often have this problem when my ears are uncovered for a while.) The clasp is very snug and doesn't resolve at all. If you are looking for small hoop earrings for sensitive ears, these are perfect!
