It works, but it takes some effort to repair this tool before it can be used. When shipped, the place where you place the chisel is not flat, making it impossible to maintain a constant angle and difficult to hold the chisel. It seems little effort has gone into fine-tuning this tool after it has lost its shape. There are problems in other areas too. But thanks to some Youtube videos, the tool can be rescued, mostly just with a large file. As you can see in the photo, a lot of material needs to be removed to make the surface level.
