This helmet fits great! The hat size is 7-1/8 and I've always worn a medium sized helmet, which I did. I feel it is true to size although some reviews say the helmet runs small. After receiving the helmet, ridden 8 hours a day with no complaints. I was a bit concerned about the weight given the price, but it's actually quite light and I never got tired of carrying it. The hood of the helmet fits perfectly, the cheeks fit a bit but like all helmets there is a breakage time. There are many people who wear unsuitable helmets, which in turn can lead to injuries. Take this into account when buying and read how a helmet should fit properly.
