I'm only giving this a 4 because if I hadn't read the other reviews it would have taken me a little time to figure out the various. So here is your guide. not included in your order. You will need an Allen key to install (I have one). I suggest putting a small clear piece of plastic between the screw and the glass so you don't scratch or break the glass. At first I thought it was junk but I ordered 2 of these and both had this little piece of plastic in the envelope. I folded mine up so the bent end was over the screw and was sandwiched between the screw and the glass. The small round washer should cover the head of the screw after you attach it to the glass (by hand only). And finally, since I just installed it, I can't test how it works. Judging by other reviews, it will work. Excellent.
