Review on 🔪 Mac Knife Series French Chef's Knife, 10-Inch & 8.5 Inch - Silver by Belinda Phelps

I got this MAC because it was one of the cheapest chef knives they had and I got it from a Mac because it's the best knife I've ever had it was a 1967 Mac. And it has held up against many uses when my father used it, for my mother and for me. Not to mention some lazy cleaning methods like countless dishwashing cycles. In any case I have to say that this new knife is better, the blade retention is excellent. The grip is also better as it is coated and does not absorb moisture. The weight is also lighter, although it is also smaller. The blade isn't stained or anything but I don't feel like shoving it knowing it's a different steel than the old one that has a lot more chrome in it so it never rusts. Now the handle has a small hole at the end of the blade but honestly it doesn't affect it as you just run over it and all the water just flies out after cleaning. Overall this is a great knife and the only thing I can complain about is the price. But what I do know is partly due to the steel used and its hardness, as well as the brand name. Otherwise I have no complaints, this is a razor sharp knife out of the box that stays sharp. And it is easy to use and also convenient to use.
