The shorts were sealed in a plastic bag, they smelled strongly of detergent right out of the box. When opening the inner packaging, the tags are simply thrown into the bag. This item was a return that was washed and then repackaged and shipped to me. Not cool! This is a present for my son. Luckily there are no visible stains, tears or imperfections. So I'm leaving them as they are in the photo and these are the only shorts he will be wearing. But I don't work to spend my hard-earned money on used stuff. Buyer Warning!
