I want to return and exchange for the correct size.

I bought this skirt for a specific summer outfit and when I tried it on the day before I needed it, the return period was already closed. I have 3 Bayleaf skirts together and size XL is perfect for me (14T) but this skirt feels smaller and I couldn't fit it on my hips. Is it possible to somehow return the size XXL? The tags are still on and it is still in the original packaging.
