Review on Ultimate Columbia Military Belt: A Stylish Accessory for Men and Boys by Mike Robinson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A simple belt that DOESN'T WORK!

I bought this belt (and another one exactly the same in a different color. It had the name Colombia on it, so I thought it must be good. WRONG! First of all, it's not easy on the cutting the right length. It's a matter of trial and error. DO NOT cut a lot at once or you'll end up with a belt that's too short. But a simple mechanism that fastens the belt has been around for decades or more. But it doesn't work properly in this iteration. It's a simple little "bolt" that clicks into place when its end is threaded through the buckle. When the belt tries to unscrew, the little bolt snaps in, tightens, and voila, the strap stays in place except it doesn't work properly firstly it often slips into the end piece of the buckle and gets stuck there trying to unbuckle then when someone tries to hook the clasp Strap in the right position, it won't stay in place Oh, the worst part is that it doesn't move when you need it and doesn't buckle when you need it! These straps are no doubt made overseas and all now, but I expect reputable US companies to do their own quality control rather than waiting for the customer to do so. The belt is supposed to be great, but it isn't. And the problem isn't one, because I bought two (black and beige) and they're both the same (okay, maybe black is a little WORSE!
