It had more glitter and bling than the Siser. I did a direct comparison and even my clients could tell that one was more brilliant than the other. Other than that I would give 5 stars. Cut. You literally have to cut it twice. No matter what setting I use, it still doesn't cut or cut through my notepad. The thickness of this vinyl is much thicker than the sizer, so it's very difficult to get the perfect setting without wasting the vinyl. Even though I like their regular HTV and order more and even though I like that they had more bling. I think I will refuse the purchase.
