I'm tired of having cutting boards that aren't big enough for a brisket or turkey. I really hate it when juice drips off cutting boards with undersized juice grooves and makes a mess on the counter and sometimes even the floor. I smoke and roast a lot! Packer breast, pork ham, whole turkey, rib roast... and I've put up with cheap cutting boards for far too long. I finally bought a Sonder LA XXL cutting board and I love it! This is a real cutting board! It's sturdy and solid, covering about half an acre, and the juice grooves are deep enough to actually collect juices and protect my counters. The handles are deep enough that I feel like I can hold the board securely even with a large piece of meat on it. Those are the features I needed. And as if that wasn't enough, this cutting board is beautiful. Great setting so show off a perfectly smoked brisket or a succulent rare roast!
