This item is a complete plagiarism. This is an untreated foreign wood that must be treated with mineral oil before use. OK. did this. Not used for any purpose. I didn't cut or install anything. I placed it over my dry sink just for show. And it split. The tree has really split. The basket is rusty. I haven't even used this thing yet, lmaooo. oh brother Very cheap. The basket is cheap and has sharp edges. It wasn't what I had hoped for. The grips are terrible. They come out completely, are cheap, and difficult to pull out. It doesn't slip at all. This is not a product for me. I am sorry. Come back. Buyer Warning. You may have to spend a little more to get what you want. I thought it was too many dollars for my liking and now I see it's under $40 and you get what you pay for. Go closer to 100 for a nice, normal-looking cutting board over the sink.
