These mirrors do not move at high speeds, make noise or wobble. Mirror I'm a woman and installed it in less than 10 minutes. On the passenger side it took longer to adjust what I needed, but that was because I was the only one doing it. I would suggest when adjusting the passenger mirror to get something to help you sit on the seat and let it move until you have the correct angle and then tighten it! I researched for 2 months before embarking on this. Everyone else had bad reviews about mirrors being noisy and moving at higher speeds! I recommend these mirrors and will buy them again!
