I recently started buying this brand for my dog after I found out he was allergic to his old food. she loved him and her itch stopped so i stayed with him. You usually buy it at your local pet food store, but this time we chose Amazon. Whatever I got is NOT the same food. My dog ate it very well but after a few days I got terrible diarrhea. She's housebroken, but now she can't control her bowels. I thought it might be a gastrointestinal virus so I added rice to her meal to help her. and today found blood in stool and lethargy. Finally I gave her only white rice and boiled chicken. Next time you go to the bathroom, a HUGE improvement. I found some old reviews of this grocery that show that Amazon sometimes ships bags from other manufacturers, which is NOT instinctive. Amazon said they would stop doing this, but apparently they either never stopped doing it or started doing it again. The wrappers are indistinguishable from one another as far as I can tell, but the raw slices in the unbranded version are a lot crumblier than usual. I'm sure most dog owners don't want to take one. If you've noticed your puppies getting mysterious stomach problems despite using the same food, that could be the problem! be careful!
