Soft and works well though.
Very good shower brush. Soft. The handle length suits me. Only one thing stops me from giving this product 5 stars. A ribbed/rubberized area could be used on the handle to make it easier to hold once everything is lathered up. It's a smooth plastic that slides when wet. So I wrapped a rag around the handle for a better grip. Otherwise I recommend!
