Holds the blade, good weight, comfortable grip and blade pairing.

I've been using this cutter for a month. sharpens and holds an edge very well. At first she wasn't sharp. I spent a few minutes sharpening with a 1200 diamond sharpener and a minute with a buffer resulting in a terribly sharp edge. I cut the veggies into 100 wontons. Hold the blade with your thumb and forefinger, the feel was comfortable and the balance is good. I hand wash, dry and put them in a pad. I'm sure he'll last longer than me.
