Review on Dorman 937 653 Door Lock Actuator by Josh Allred

I bought this for a rear passenger door that worked sporadically for several years before finally dying. And on this model, if the drive does not work and the handle is pulled from the inside, the door will NOT open. So it got annoying after a while but I was too cheap for a dealer to fix so I tried it myself. As I said above, it was exactly what I needed. I wouldn't call this an "simple" solution, but if you know anything about it, you can probably install this yourself. Just watch some great online tutorial videos to learn how to do it. It took about an hour, maybe longer.
