Review on Kicker 46TL7T102 Solo Baric Subwoofer Enclosure by Alan Miller

This is my first sealed speaker, it replaces two 10" Rockford Fosgate R2 (200W, 4ohm, flat mount) in a vented case Q-Powerbox. This kicker works just as well as my Fosgates. It records and plays a subwoofer (25-60Hz) so if you like heavy rap and hip-hop it works. It rolls around a bit 28Hz around but it hits pretty hard Bass is smooth and controlled my amp is 600w 2ch It fits in the cab of any truck trunk SUV coupe etc I'm deciding whether to do it Get 2. I ported mine (1 1/2 W x 16 D) and close it when I want it sealed My verdict (for what it is) 8, 5 out of 10 Pros: well built, compact, affordable, quality brand, clean deep bass Cons: small box messes up the pot enzial (would be louder and deeper in a larger box) this is great speaker but a little power is a little overrated
