So far it works. That doesn't make things easier in any way. And I think it's due to a design flaw. or at least it doesn't work in my case. The shape of the bottom of the pot (protrusions on the edges) makes it very unstable on my stove. So if any food decides to stick, even a little, trying to scrape it off will only move the pan off my stove. And these "touch-proof handles" are NOT SAFE TO TOUCH AT ALL. They get as hot as the pan itself. This was my first All Clad purchase and will remain my only All Clad purchase. And here is the lodge.
