On examining the dryer, especially the box, instructions came up, nowhere did it contain any features as advertised in the well documented description on the Revain portal. I bought after reading all the documentation and watching all the videos posted. I used their information in my purchase decision but had to return when the dryer box and dryer did not support the claims made. I didn't even turn the dryer on to see if it actually has the infrared technology I need.
