Review on Cangshan X Series 59144 Santoku Knife - 7-Inch, German Steel Forged by Alexis Bishop

I bought this knife a few months ago and it has become my favorite knife. I love it! I was so skeptical and overwhelmed to find a good knife. They tried to buy a block of knives, watched them break and become dull, folding the useless knives in the process. This is the first knife I've bought myself and I love it! I use it for almost everything and sharpen it often. I wash it by hand and never use the dishwasher. It is modern, elegant and very attractive. He is SHARP, very sharp. Well made and well balanced. I will definitely be buying more from this line.
