Review on 🤖 BISSELL CleanView Connect Roomba-style Robotic Vacuum, in Sleek Black by Becky Williams

Apparently the product manual in the box was written for a different series of software and does not address issues related to the vacuum cleaner model in the box. To make matters worse, when I contacted Bissell customer service I was put through to a nice lady from another country who knew nothing about the product and had less information than me. I spent 46 minutes on the phone with her before contacting Revain customer service and getting in touch with a gentleman who obviously found it funny chatting in an unintelligible accent that I couldn't understand. I apologized for my inability to understand him and asked to speak more slowly. No you can! bottom line. I think they send a replacement and a shipping label to send back a broken vacuum, but I'm really not sure.
