Last year I had a lot of problems with my hands for various reasons, but constantly bending my wrists at work and at home definitely didn't help. It helps me keep my wrists straight without feeling too tight. Soft enough that I can still flex my wrist if I really want to, but unless I make a conscious effort I won't. It was very easy for me to figure out how to put both hands on. Very comfortable to wear, even for hours. After a while I forget they are there. The only negative is that it smelled VERY MUCH when opening the package, but after a day that also went away, so it wasn't too bad.
