Well I wanted it to work - VERY BAD. My first purchase and attempt, instructions are confusing. Obviously I didn't understand the instructions on the first try because it didn't stick. Hm. So on my second try (you get two protectors) I followed the video instructions frame by frame. Once I had the first piece aligned and glued to the iPad as instructed, I removed the tool holding the other end but the protector popped out and now everything was wrong. I did my best to smooth it out by eye, but it didn't work, and soon it stopped sticking. Disappointment. So after my return I kept thinking that maybe I could attribute my first experience to bad luck. I still thought the how-to video was poorly done, so I emailed the seller and asked them to improve the video. Instead he sent me written instructions which I already had - the written instructions seem impossible to understand. POOH!. But after watching the video over and over again I thought I could definitely make it so I ordered again. I received my protectors and every time the bottom got stuck I removed the alignment tool and tried to separate the bottom from the sticky part, popping out the already stuck bottom. I needed someone to hold the ground so it doesn't pop out but I live alone. Both attempts gave me the same results. Tears of disappointment - yes - tears. Why the hell does it have to be so hard and why can't they provide a better video? If the lower part bursts, everything is not level and a bubble-free leveling attempt is impossible.
