This is not a Pelican. But for the price, this box offers basic protection for your small tools or electronic devices. The foam is carefully removed, the set includes several dividers of different sizes, two keys and a shoulder strap. The latches feel a little flimsy, and the case itself is a thin piece of metal covering something. The removable cardboard insert has pockets that are too narrow to be useful and sometimes flap open when the case is closed, making it difficult to close. We use it for our ghost hunting gear and it works well. If you're looking for an affordable protection solution for infrequent use, this case is well worth the price.
