The headset itself feels cheap but nice and light, but almost so much that it looks like it's going to fall forward. Use both hands to adjust the headgear as it is difficult to move with one hand. You have to tweak it until it's in your head. The cables coming out of the headset are stiff, so adjust them carefully so they don't bother you. I wouldn't tune too aggressively just so as not to damage the wires. The sound quality is excellent. The price is perfect for those who do occasional conference calls. Will use it maybe once or twice a week. The manual lists all the phones it supports. There are a lot of them! I am using Avaya 9620.
