My granddaughter 27 pounds. 2-4 fit. It is so sweet! Blue is a true sky blue. The top is a little big, which means the straps drop and the front falls a little big, but at the same time the bottom is a little tight. All children are wired differently. It still fits well, I just adjusted the straps myself. This is a great purchase!
