Review on OxiClean MaxForce Laundry Stain Remover Twin Pack - 16 Fl. oz. by Liz Clark

Decent product spoiled with fragrance

Remove stains? Yes. Is the smell so terrible that it renders the product unusable? Actually yes. I avoid using this product whenever possible, knowing I have to deal with odor control as a side issue. When I use this on a garment, I have to wash that garment multiple times with baking soda and vinegar to even START the otherworldly smell of this product. Yes, it can withstand multiple washes! That's not normal! And you should isolate treated clothing if you don't want to smell like OxiClean MaxForce for the rest of your life. If you spritz this spray on something and then toss it in the wash, the entire load reeks of a headache-inducing scent that's a mix of dollar store flowers and paint thinner — a cross between New Car and Goo Gone. I spot treated the carpet a little, maybe 2x2 inches, and no kidding, you can still smell it in the room after a week. I throw the rest of the bottle away. I'm done.
