I was very happy to find a thermos with a pressure release button on the inside so I could easily remove the lid. I've struggled with many other species over the years and this has always been a problem. So I did a lot of shopping before buying for my 11 year old niece. Because you can't send her to school with it, otherwise she can never open it at lunchtime. So the button was great and she could always undo it. But as the title suggests, the button stopped working in less than a month after only using it a couple of times a week. Now the moment has come when even the teacher finds it very difficult to remove the lid, and when they can, the lunch break is almost over. 11 years + no lunch = very bad. So I have to call this thermos a total failure.
