The experience of shopping on the BEAUELI internet store was a living hell. Their website is difficult to navigate and poorly designed, making it challenging for me to locate the information I required. And when I did eventually find a product that I wanted, the process of checking out was a complete and utter nightmare. The website kept breaking, so I had to begin the process all over again multiple times. And let's not even talk about the quality of their customer support. I attempted to get in touch with them about the problems I was experiencing, but I received no response. After what I went through, I'm not sure if I'll even continue to try their skincare line, which is a shame because I was really looking forward to using it. I would advise you to seek elsewhere for a less stressful shopping experience if that is what you are after.
