Poor quality, hard inflexible plastic.

Overall I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. I didn't need a spare hose, I just needed one to use for jobs where a longer hose would come in handy. This hose is nothing like the one that comes with the vacuum cleaner. It is made of hard plastic and is very inflexible. I could stand on that thing and not crush it. It has a "memory" of how it was rolled up in the packaging, which is the opposite of how it should be when attached to a canister. I feel like I'm fighting it all the time when I'm vacuuming and knocking things over or tipping them over with a hose because it's so inflexible and has a mind of its own. Very poor quality and too expensive for the quality of the product.
