Just received and they are just great clippers. I've been a hairdresser for 37 years. I've bought several different types of Wahl clippers over the years. The last three were older. You're mine, a safe clean cut. Other than that, I work at a booming hair salon and literally do 20 to 25 haircuts a day. More than half cut by machine. On my latest voting scissors, the cable has started to fail like it's about to break. They are used so often that every hair cutting cord, as always, gives way. I went for wireless devices and they caught my eye, they are so cheap and great. I'll try them out and let you guys know how they hold up. I am happy to use them. FYI, they are PERFECT for the shin pads! They snap into place without vibration. UPDATE: The charging base stopped working after 2 weeks, thank goodness I can still charge it from the power cord after unplugging it from the base. Frustrating as that was one of the reasons I decided to buy this clipper.
